Actual charges are determined by metered service usage and may include applicable taxes, telecommunications or carrier fees, regulatory fees, A2P fees, toll-free fees, message segmentation, call-duration rounding, regional pricing, third-party pass-through costs, AI model usage, and other provider-specific charges.

SMS and MMS billing may be based on message segments rather than visible messages. Longer messages, special characters, emojis, media, or Unicode content may increase the number of billable segments or messages. Voice services may be rounded according to the billing methodology used by the applicable telecommunications provider.

AI usage can contain multiple billable components, including input tokens, output tokens, voice processing, text-to-speech, telephony, model usage, API usage, or other third-party services. Actual charges therefore depend on the specific services, models, and usage characteristics involved.

Rates, available services, underlying provider costs, and billing methodologies may change from time to time. Updated rates published on this schedule apply prospectively unless otherwise provided in your applicable HELIX agreement.

Cost-per-1,000 calculations, estimated usage quantities, and similar examples are provided for convenience and may be rounded. HELIX account billing records and your applicable service agreement control in the event of a discrepancy.
